My new weight training regiment: Swing around a 16 pound weight over and over again, hitting a seemingly immovable object, occasionally moving it slightly, eventually cracking said object. Repeat over and over again until said object cracks enough to break off a piece. Sit down and rest. Observe piece of said object, and realize it is too big to lift. Swear. Swing 16 pound weight over and over again to break broken piece into smaller pieces. Look at smaller piece. Lift...... still to heavy, but close enough. Rest. Repeat.
